I AM BACK!!



Giving up on your goals because of one set back is like slashing all 3 tires because of 1 flat... I've kinda felt that way for a couple months. I haven't completely given up but I haven't been consistent with a lot. I can't say exactly why I just haven't felt 100% supported. Sometimes I feel like if I do to much then I'm taking away from my girls. I feel like I'm being selfish or becoming obsessed. But now I have come to the realization that is only fear of what others have to say holding me back. I truly believe that what I'm working hard at is setting a huge example for my girls. 

I have been cooking some yummy recipes lately that I've posted on Facebook. Here are my top 5 favorites

This has been my go to for breakfast/snacks monkey salad. Raw cashews, coconut flakes, and banana .
Roasted chicken with garlic,lemon, and Italian spices. I also braised it overnight in sea salt and lemons. I roasted mine a little to long but it was still pretty good. I recommend following these directions.
